Contre

Contre – Guillaume R. & Gues surveyed the La Défense district together in 2019. They approached this district from below, sneaking under the slab, through its car parks, its expressways, its shallows and its endless corridors. This book retraces these suburban drifts, cameras in hand, digital for RG78 and film for Gues.

The result is a book and a video entitled Contre! freely inspired by the eponymous poem by Henri Michaux.
