Article 1: Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

Any order for our products implies the customer's unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, which therefore have an indicative value. The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific conditions of sale set out below and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. Any validation of your order is preceded by the acceptance of the General Conditions on the site (checkbox).

Article 2: Offer and availability of products

The majority of products offered by the untitled bookstore to its customers are available. When ordering, the untitled bookstore informs the buyer of the availability of the products they wish to purchase. However, if despite all vigilance, the products prove to be temporarily unavailable (out of stock, reissue, import, etc.) after an order has been registered, the untitled bookstore informs the buyer by email, offering to wait or cancel the order for these products. If the products prove to be permanently unavailable (out of stock, works not reissued, etc.), the untitled bookstore automatically cancels the order for these products and informs the buyer by email.

Article 3: Price of products and amount of the order

The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed and displayed on the site at the time of your purchase.

The price of the products offered by the untitled bookstore are expressed in Euros including tax, excluding shipping costs. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed in Euros including tax, including VAT. This price includes the price of the products as well as packaging and transport costs.

Please note: For delivery outside the European Union, you will have to pay additional customs duties and other taxes due on the importation of products into the delivery territory.

Our books are sold in strict compliance with the LANG Law of August 10, 1981: prices are set by the Publisher, are inclusive of tax and may be modified without notice by the latter. We may be required (within the limits of this Law) to offer you discounts, indicated on the site, of a maximum amount corresponding to 5% of the price of the book. All orders, regardless of their origin, will be invoiced and payable in Euros.

The products remain the property of the untitled bookstore until payment of the price by the customer.

Article 4: Payment terms

Payment for products from the untitled bookstore can be made directly online by credit card from among the following cards: CB, Visa, Mastercard or by PayPal at mathilde@librairiesanstitre.com . The entry of credit card data is done directly on the site, equipped with an SSL (Secure Socket Layers) security system, one of the most reliable existing on the Internet, allowing to scramble and encrypt this data, via Stripe's Mercanet.

Article 5: Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address you indicated when ordering. The delivery time includes the time to prepare the package (1-2 working days) to which is added the delivery time. Delivery times vary depending on the products concerned and the destination of the order. The times displayed are only indicative, and do not constitute a strict deadline, the bookstore without title cannot be held responsible in the event of late delivery or stock shortage at the publisher or supplier.

Delivery in Metropolitan France is carried out by La Poste by Colissimo or tracked letter. Any delays do not give the buyer the right to claim damages. Deliveries to EEC countries are carried out by La Poste by Colissimo Suivi Europe. Deliveries outside the EEC are carried out by international postal services.

Article 6: Withdrawal

You have 7 days to return all or part of your order, starting from the day of delivery. Only products sent in perfect condition for resale, in the original packaging imperatively, by tracked mail will be taken back and refunded. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded. The shipping and return costs will then be at your expense. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty (article L121-20 of the consumer code). Article 7: Legal guarantees

The products delivered benefit, in accordance with legal provisions, from the guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects arising from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the product and making it unfit for use.

The items supplied by the untitled bookstore are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of traditional commerce and come from all the publishers and suppliers referenced. If an item happens to be defective or non-compliant, the untitled bookstore undertakes to exchange or refund it, provided that it is returned, by tracked mail, in its original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding invoice within 7 days of receipt of the package to:

Article 8: Legal information

The information requested from the buyer is necessary to process and fulfill orders. The untitled bookstore treats all information concerning its customers with the strictest confidentiality.

Article 9: Force majeure

The liability of the bookstore without title cannot be implemented if the non-execution or delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.

Article 10: Disputes

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Only the Courts of Paris are competent in the event of disputes.
