untitled (chic) examines the performance of wealth and desirability, the luxury objects, cash, the aesthetic, with equal parts criticism and self-awareness. The photographs circle around the visual language of chicness: a Ferrari, a Balenciaga box, the carefully composed life. The accompanying poems are satirical and a little bratty, mocking the pressure to appear wealthy while admitting to wanting it anyway.
