The book presents 58 colour photographs of buildings by the Mexican Pritzker Prize winner Luis Barragán,
taken by the German photographer and architect Nina Kirste. The series of photographs is complemented
by texts from German and Mexican authors. These include a poem written especially for this publication by
Mexican poet Kary Cerda, an essay by Juan José Arreola Prize winner Pablo Salazar, an introduction by the
gallery owners and a conversation between curator Katrin Bauer and Nina Kirste.
