Addicted to photography since a young age, the self-taught photographer
Dudi Hasson (born 1981, Israeli) began his photographic journey at the age of
16 years old. Since then, his work has explored the fine line between intimacy and
alienation. Inspired by people and places, Hasson is continually
curious about the nature of the relationships, whether between the camera and
his subject, between the subjects themselves or between himself and the apparatus. He
strives to capture the rare moments of "in-between", that is, between
love and hate, joy and misery, truth and lies, the distant
and the near. \n \nAs Far As Close is a curated collection of portraits
by Dudi Hasson made at different times and in different places, collected
like a mosaic of unexpected moments that best illustrate its aesthetic and
 his unique point of view.
