Brigade Cynophile 2019-2023 - "The first volume of 'Brigade Cynophile' was published in 2019, at the time I lived and worked in Lyon, I had one foot in music, the other in graphic design, and released more than one poster per week. Today I live in Marseille, I no longer organize concerts and I can't be bothered to go out. Since 2020, my poster production has significantly decreased in favor of longer, broader, more varied projects: record covers, publishing, visual identities, teaching... For practical and aesthetic reasons, I worked a lot on my posters as a threshold; I now realize that they themselves were a threshold, a gateway into a space-time, a devilishly formative "alternative" scene, and a long-term practice.

\nThe selection of this second collection thus closes in a way a first prosperous period; 10 years of personal and collective adventures that can be read between the lines of these falsely flat compositions, to be digested as a whole, spoon by spoon, like a big mille-feuille. It was strange to rehash all these images, and for me this release also serves as a happy funeral. I hope however that in their own way they will perpetuate many memories and awaken new desires to do." -Félicité Landrivon
