What a woman is worth in 12 hours of the day and night - After the discovery
in a family home from a book dated 1888 and entitled What is the value of a
woman: treatise on the moral and practical education of young girls, the duo of
photographers revisit its content by highlighting the most
sexist and reinterpreting them through contemporary images in order to
show the path traveled one hundred and thirty years after its publication. \n \nTo
To accompany the re-edition of the book, the publisher wanted a female perspective to be cast
his sensitivity and his emotions on this work from another time. These will be those of
female artist duo Elsa & Johanna who are offering a new series in black &
blank of 24 portraits of women over the 24 hours that make up a day.
