NIVAL

The adjective nival describes that which relates to snow. This book brings together a corpus of photographs taken by Samuel Hoppe from 2019 to 2023. Defined according to territories and isolated moments, these images intertwine in a sequenced manner and repetitive. "Nival" will be a manifestly austere and radical book, constructed and reinforced by a monochrome treatment applied to the entire publication.
