Menus Plaisirs – Take a seat at Souper Fin, the legendary address on rue du Hasard, to discover its menu. A unique menu awaits you, made up of around twenty dishes that will awaken a host of emotions in you. From joy to disgust and from sadness to storms! Enjoy. Menus Plaisirs was produced, in part, during an artistic residency in the Engramme studios, a structure working with the Méduse cultural and community cooperative in Quebec City. The Musée de la civilisation in Quebec City, the Cité international de la langue française in Villers-Cotterêts and the FRAC Picardie supported the residency. The project was finalised in Anaick Moriceau’s studio in Saint Brieux, Brittany.
