Midsommar Screenplay Book

A24, the company behind award-winning films (such as The Zone of Interest and Everything Everywhere All at Once, and television series like Euphoria and Beef) has created a books following films. These include, most notably, A24’s Screenplay Collection, which presents original screenplays, new writing, and behind-the-scenes materials of films including The Lighthouse, Lady Bird, Moonlight, Hereditary, and Midsommar, as well as ambitious projects that invite new perspectives on film. The Midsommar Screenplay Book includes an introduction by Park Chan-wook, an essay by anthropologist Matthew Engelke, and illustrated Hårga choral primer by vocal artist Jessika Kenney.
