Mon Lapin Quotidien n°29 – With silky fur, spring-mounted hind legs and a pretty red and green jersey, Mon Lapin Quotidien #29 is in top form. Possibly Olympic, but also Oulipic (dixit Hervé Le Tellier).
A rather “sporty” issue, then. MLQ #29 squares the field: lifestyle, stadium gods, adrenalin, opium of the people, body worship, competitions, class struggle, aches and pains, top of the podium, mercato transfers, you name it. Once you’ve warmed up, MLQ takes you on a journey through some unlikely graphic and literary playgrounds, while not hesitating to take a detour into a few existential locker rooms.
In no particular order, MLQ evokes Javier Milei, the 100-meter bed jump, Amélie Oudéa-Castéra, the hammer and sickle throw, sports music, the leash ceremony, Leni Riefenstahl, equestrian surfing, Raymond Poulidor, water baseball, and so on and so forth.
The usual team of athletes merges with a few new faces.
Among them: Rémy Cattelain, Cécile Dazord, Christophe Giudicelli, Lucile Gautier, Pauline Lecerf, Éric Lambé, Joseph Levacher, and Sébastien Lumineau.
