PLOMO presents an exploration of excessive violence in Caracas, Venezuela; the book focuses on the value of the creative acts of people whose lives are determined by violence. It is the image of a vast network of actions undertaken by the author and his collaborators, ranging from graffiti to art, research and cultural criticism, all with the mission of decolonizing the Caribbean cultural front.

PLOMOis an anthropological work under a semiotic lens, that is, an exploration of the ways of being human, taking into account the invisible power structures that connect all things, and how these forces become evident in our expressions and culture.
