Un orage par jour. “In 2019, in the middle of the rainy season, I had the chance to live for two months at Villa Saigon, the French Institute’s art residency in Ho Chí Minh City. A few months before leaving, I started learning Vietnamese. Every day, between thunderstorms, I walked through a new district of this changing megalopolis, stopping along the way to taste the sweet and fragrant Vietnamese cuisine and to draw the city and my tasty encounters.
