This book presents a selection of the artist’s work and research over the past 5 years. In the shelter of her studio, which is both a refuge and an open window on the world, Virginie Clavereau experiments with sculpture and painting. She observes the jumble of the city and of life and transforms it into organized disorder. A meeting point between the real and the marvelous, his work is a space of experimentation that is half reassuring, half disturbing.
