Les aventures de petite cuisine et ses recettes – The first one recounts the adventure of the food-truck launched by the Troisgros house during the confinement, the second one proposes recipes of breads, soups and street pastries. The book is made up of two notebooks assembled by a rubber band.

The concept of foodtruck had already been on our minds for a long time, we were already attracted by the idea of a small mobile kitchen allowing us to go here and there to cook for people.
