Plan L - Housing Benefits

Through this issue and those to come, we wanted to focus on housing, more precisely collective housing and social housing, as a focal point of architectural thought and practice. This desire is part of an already well-documented state of affairs of a deterioration in access to housing in France and Europe. Strengthening the "right to housing", at a time when it is weakening, requires perpetuating, maintaining and amending this culture of collective and social housing shaped by more than a century of resident practices and architectural projects.
