About time

About Time \n \nDutch illustrator Lennard Kok presents a retrospective of six years of personal projects and commissions. Originally from Utrecht, he takes a straightforward approach to his work, seeking to distill stories into their simplest form and strip away superfluous elements. This book is comprised of a selection of works that are close to his heart. In retrospect, according to his brief introduction to the book, these works were defining moments in his thinking and working as an artist. Personal anecdotes about individual illustrations and larger projects are scattered throughout the book.
