DESCRIPTION Animan is a comic book album telling the life of Francis,
alias Animan, in short and humorous stories that follow one another. The principle
is inspired by the 1980s TV series Manimal, where a man
transforms into an animal to solve investigations. Stories do not tell
only investigations but also the life of Animan, his encounter and his fights
with his sworn enemy, Objecto. The book is punctuated by paintings, as in
some of Anouk Ricard's previous albums.
