Cinema Paradise

"Cinema Paradise" tells the story of Kid, a child who lives with a father single in Los Angeles, maybe nowadays. Kid is dating old cinema, Le Paradis, which is bankrupt and will soon close its doors. One day during a final screening of the film "The Treasure of Xanadu", the villain of the story – the dog Tuko – emerges from the screen and runs away into the city. At the same time, A huge fire breaks out in the forest where the Kid's father works. All available firefighters and lumberjacks are mobilized to fight against the fire, before it reaches the City of Angels... After the comic strip " Tommi Boy » and the book of drawings « Cinéfils », Julien Magnani signs a new fiction, made in oil painting. "Cinema Paradis" draws its imaginary in the fantasy films of the 80s, particularly in Steven Spielberg.
