  • As the outlook for universities changed at European level, Art schools in France found themselves obliged to respond to what Pierre-Damien Huyghe presents it as an “injunction to do research”. This injunction has a context: the merchandising of knowledge. The philosopher draws up a statement of the consequences in terms of education and teaching, and examines the possibilities remaining in the fields of arts, design and architecture. Between these three fields, despite the discussions, a kinship exists: not all are intrinsically discourse. Thus experiences specific factory facilities capable of carrying out research can be developed there. It is about giving the fact of doing a singular place and making a case for problems that can arise in him and from him. What are these cases? How do they show themselves? How to pick them up? Beyond that, how to write not about but with experience in art, architecture and design? None of these questions are not economically motivated. This is ultimately the condition politics of humanity which is outlined in them.
