What do we know about Algeria? What do we associate it with? For many of us,

suffering, despair and misery. Even though you can see it, it's just
somewhere in the background. Instead, we will be able to discover the
secret, observe the life of local populations and observe their activities
daily. And then we will discover that we are not at all so
different from them. We have the same dreams, the same worries and the same
joys. This is Algeria, which Tytus Grodzicki remembered when he lived there
more than 30 years ago. It is also Algeria, which we will see in his photographs
taken after his return to the place where he spent part of his childhood.
