Esse n°108: Resilience - Spring 2023

Art is a power of sharing experiences, stories and practices resilient. For the Resilience file, Esse proposes to celebrate what in Contemporary art teaches us to persevere despite rejections, to get back up after being fallen, to get through his disillusionment. We wish to answer the difficulties that are imposed on us by asserting the need, collectively, to overcome pessimism, to transform our vulnerability into empowerment, to choose not naive optimism, but a certain strategic realism. resilience is a huge challenge.
