We are proud to announce the release of FBZ #2. This issue focuses on a specific region: the Philippines. Continuing our documentation of Asian food culture, we delve into the rich diversity of Filipino food, highlighting its subtlety and its chaos through eight recipes made of opposing flavors (fat and acid, sweet and acid). This zine explores this cuisine that is too often underrepresented and which is not to be underestimated. The recipes in this issue include the classics Halo-Halo, Lumpia, Leche Flan and Ube Ice Cream.
