Fatboy Zine Issue 4 - FatBoy is a diary and a cookbook. But above all, it is a gourmet attempt to document Asian food and identity.

\nIssue 4 is dedicated to chefs and creators who left Asia, but decided to recreate it in their own way in Europe and the United States.
\n
\nThis issue features three interviews with established chefs: Lucas Sin (Shy Boyz Club & Junzi Kitchen), Erchen Chang and Shing Tat Chung (BAO), and Rahel Stephanie (Eat With Spoons / Linda From Accounting). Each interviewee gives their thoughts on process, representation, and what drives their cooking and conversations outside of the kitchen. We also have gorgeous photography from former collaborator Ken Lam and food photography from Emily Leonard.

\nThe issue of course contains the usual five recipes, from chili oil to Basque cheesecake to burnt coconut.
