This work constitutes the first monograph devoted to the work of Frédéric
Teschner, a French graphic designer whose creations for Nanterre-Amandiers, the
Centre Pompidou, MAC/VAL, Gennevilliers Theatre, Villa Noailles,
dca (Association for the Development of Art Centers), Passerelle or
GMEM have also left their mark on the world of graphic design. Born in 1972 and
graduated from the National School of Decorative Arts in Paris in 1997, he
trained with figures such as Pierre Bernard – for whom he worked at

Teschner during his career (see below). These authors, all
involved in the cultural world (graphic designers, designers, artists, curators
exhibition, institution directors, screen printers, teachers), have chosen to
comment on an aspect of the work or a particular project. This monograph
bilingual (French/English) is published in co-edition with the art center
Passerelle in Brest, which devoted an exhibition to the work of Frédéric
Teschner at the beginning of 2018. She will benefit from the support of the Cnap. A
poster sample printed at 1:1 scale on blue backed poster paper
will be inserted at the end of the notebook, making each copy of the book unique.
