Uncultured Future
Uncultured Future
"Everything made sense but I completely forgot" - Moolinex Inculte Futur
is a selection of Moolinex's works in numbers, including a range of mediums
(drawing, painting, patch, embroidery, canvas, cross stitch, tattoo,
installation, video, record cover...) does not allow any classification.
We will discover that the claimed Art Whore of Moolinex is then tinged with good
other qualifiers: popular, useful, funny, lively, brutal, innovative and
unsaleable while its radical and precise line becomes moving and poetic.
Several authors from different backgrounds contribute to familiarizing us with this
apparent disorder bringing a critical look, distance or intimacy
complementary. Thus the work is accompanied by an interview with Julien
Kedryna, with texts by Benoît Dacron and Jimmy Pantera and a beautiful statement
by Winshluss. In short, Moolinex is a self-taught artist, a jack of all trades and
feverish, at the forefront of drawing addiction and who never ceases to forge the
minds and influence the younger generation when they deign to let themselves be lulled
by his visionary peer.
