Invisible
Invisible
Marjorie Glatt feels like a ghost. At thirteen, she juggles between
the college where no one notices her, and the family laundry abandoned by her
depressed father, which she manages alone. Her social interactions are limited to
ruthless customers, especially the exhausting Mr. Saubertuck who seems to
determined to ruin his life. Wendell, meanwhile, is a ghost. But a
true of true. Died too young, he spends his days in group therapy with
other deceased, desperately seeking meaning in their life beyond the grave. When
their two worlds meet, it is far from being love at first sight:
Marjorie is reluctant to endure the cumbersome company of a ghost who puts
the mess in her laundromat and in what she had always believed about life and
death. But from one invisible to the other, something binds them deeply... and
a friendship will soon develop between them.
