This publication is the first monograph devoted to the artist.
Franco-Algerian Neïl Beloufa (1985). Love, hate, war, the
technology, social unrest, bodies and words in crisis: this is the
material from which Beloufa's work is made. His films, sculptures and
multimedia installations boldly explore how art can
addressing today's issues, challenging representations
contemporary social relations, power games and structures
political and economic. Artist favoring collaboration over law
author and reactive strategies to predetermined intentions, Beloufa has
invented his own working methods and a particular approach to
the workshop.

\nThe catalog presents the artist's projects over the last 12
years, including his recent experiences with online platforms and
NFT; it takes as its starting point Beloufa's personal exhibition,
Digital Mourning, at the Pirelli Hangar Bicocca in Milan, and offers a vision
non-conformist of the monograph genre, thanks to the playful and
inventive book by Olivier Lebrun.
