Freewheel
Freewheel
A universe like this could only be undulations? Things, places,
beings would not only be in motion, they would be the motions
themselves, the movement of the world? And all the lines, the shapes would not be there
that undulations, sinuosities, flows, roundness, weightlessness, in a large bath
of raw colors, where the blue of the night would be the brother of the deep seas, and
the burning of red the mirror of the ember, and the vigor of the yellow of the flesh
of star or of wheat? A world like this would be found to be incontestably one
of these flights which can only revive to the point of enchantment? We could
hope so. We are satisfied. Fantine Isis is a working artist and
living in Paris. After studying engraving and printed images for four years,
years at the National School of Visual Arts in La Cambre, in Brussels,
she continues her creative work, particularly through drawing,
painting and ceramics.
