Topoï is a series of curious drawings, produced over time by Claire
Nicolet. The third volume of the anthology focuses on wetlands
which mark his life, his imagination and his works. \n \nWe will see the majesty
of the ocean and its soothing call to infinity. The humidity of the air and the
clouds seem to invade certain pages, and the rhythm of the raindrops responds
to the patterns of small puddles and immense expanses of water. Visions
haunting images of flood and engulfment arise, and one is carried away by
this astonishing way that the Topoi have of mixing things, sensations and
dreams.
