waiting for her husband, Sam, to return from the front in Europe. Rose must

impressionable daughter, and also of Ruth, a German Jewish refugee whom she
hosts. Ruth will try to exorcise the trauma of her childhood in Germany
pre-war Nazi to professional wrestler, with consequences
devastating. As for Sam, the horrors discovered at the liberation of a camp
concentration will pursue him until his return to Brooklyn in the form of
terrifying flashbacks that will mark him forever. paints a portrait
deeply moving story of these resilient women inspired by the famous "Rosie
the riveter", and depicts how individuals experienced trauma
