All We Have Left is the Chain is a work by New Zealand photographer Robin Hammond dedicated to people with mental health and substance abuse problems in Ghana. There are no facilities or treatment for mental illness or addiction. The families, completely destitute, find themselves most of the time having to chain up their loved ones, having no other options to protect them from themselves and from their entourage.
With a print run of 200 copies, All We Have Left is the Chainis the fourth issue of the L’Atelier risographique collection from Bessard Editions.
