Beyond the Shadows

The Beyond the shadows series of self-portraits, made between 2018 and 2019 in Calgary, Canada, connects our self-fictional creative process, our love for directing, and our strong taste in film. We completed this project in total immersion for a month. From styling to location scouting, from props to character acting, we develop our stagings in complete intimacy and autonomy. The city’s suburban neighborhoods and the hilly landscapes of its surroundings, were for us a vast field of exploration and a great source of inspiration. Translated with
