Big Pig

Big Pig – Thomas Weil is a photographer and graphic designer. The book Big Pig, his latest personal project, presents objects from his father’s pig collection. Conceived as a tribute from an image-obsessed son to his obsessive junk collector father, the book is packed with photographs and personal texts that playfully deconstruct the father figure’s strange obsession with this chubby animal with a bad reputation. The book is also an opportunity for the author to peel back the layers of his relationship with his progenitor.
