This book presents an overview of the work of Belgian artist Michaël Borremans, through seven different series Black Mould, The Promise, Fire from the Sun, Sixteen Dance, Girl with Hands, Merry Missiles, Colured Cones. Michaël Borrremans creates seemingly familiar scenes of great technical virtuosity, but which, on closer inspection, have a disturbing effect.
